オーストリアの作曲家、フランツ・シューベルトが愛用していた「Kブリッジ」スタイルのメガネです。そのクラシカルなデザインに、現代の感性を織り交ぜたアイウェアが誕生しました。

このコンセプトは、デザイナーが娘の誕生をきっかけに、シューベルトの音楽と人生に触れたことから生まれました。
デザイナーとデザイナーの娘、そしてブランド名など、彼の生活に繰り返し現れる「K」の文字がデザインに影響を与えています。

フロント部分はKの文字をベースに再構築し、ワタリからブリッジにかけて貼り合わせることで、kearny独自の“Kブリッジ”を表現しました。ツーブリッジでありながら、ウェリントン型の柔らかなフォルムが、クラシックとモダンの絶妙なバランスを醸し出します。

永遠の音楽と現代的なデザインが調和し、文化と物語を反映させたアイテムです。

These are “K-Bridge” style eyeglasses inspired by those beloved by Austrian composer Franz Schubert. A new piece of eyewear has been born, blending classical design with a modern sensibility.

This concept emerged when the designer, upon the birth of his daughter, was drawn to the life and music of Schubert. The letter “K”—which recurs in the lives of the designer, his daughter, and even the brand name—became a key influence in the design.

The front of the frame was reconstructed based on the shape of the letter “K,” with layered materials from the end pieces to the bridge to express kearny’s original “K-Bridge” style. Though technically a double-bridge, its Wellington-style silhouette strikes a delicate balance between classic and contemporary.

This piece harmonizes timeless music with modern design, reflecting culture and storytelling in a single item.
